We work for well-known companies, providing various HR services: recruitment, executive/direct search, Assessment/Development Centre, managers audits, trainings, 360 feedback etc. Reasons why Experum HR is an indispensable business partner- we have 28 years of experience in HRM- we have conducted over 800 recruitments for senior management positions and more than recruitment projects- we have designed and created over 20 recruitment campaigns; we are the authors of one of the first creative recruitment campaigns in Poland – „Autobus Volvo” (the Volvo Bus)- we have conducted more than competence diagnoses using the Assessment/Development Center method- we have given beginning to the largest social initiative in the HR industry – Dolnośląskie Forum HR (the Lower Silesian HR Forum).
