Explicit Aqua Innovations Sdn Bhd (EAISB) is a Malaysian registered company with interest and operations in various industries primarily in Tourism Industry. Incorporated in 2015, EAISB is the brain child of Mr Kelvin Foo Chian Wei, the Founder and Managing Director of the company. Under his leadership and management, EAISB’s operation has grown over the years from a single office in Langkawi with 3 employees to three offices (Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur, Qingdao China) with close to 20 employees. EAISB’s projects are mainly concentrated in Pulau Langkawi. The Company has laid out a five (5) years plan on a piece of 72 acres land in Langkawi. The proposed plans are as follows: First Phase - Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park (under construction) Second Phase - Scuba Pool Expansion Third Phase - International MMA Food Court Forth Phase - Branded Goods Outlets Fifth Phase - Eco Hotel & Resorts Sixth Phase - Branded Good Outlets Future Project - International School The first project that EAISB embarked on is to build and manage a marine ecopark project to be known as “Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park’ on about 10 acres of the above mentioned land. The construction of the project had started from July 2017 and is expected to complete by August 2019. Once completed, EAISB will commence the second phase by building a Scuba Pool on 7 acres of the said land.
