Ben Ward & Alex Neuman are experienced organisational coaches working at the intersection of leadership, change design and agile organizations. Our mission is to help organizations work better to serve meaningful missions. We do this by creating the conditions that empower people to lead, grow and be at their best. We're based in Copenhagen and always keen to connect. We coach teams, design and facilitate workshops, and work one-on-one with courageous leaders. We work from the belief that culture and mindsets are the most important levers for organisational change. In everything we do our approach is to create collaborative and authentic environments where people feel safe to learn, generate solutions and make progress together.
