EXPRESSbase is an enterprise-grade ‘High Productivity’ rapid application development (RAD) platform or hpaPaaS on the cloud specifically targeting Small & Midsized Businesses (SMB or SME). SMBs grow fast compared to large enterprises, which triggers frequent changes in processes and workflows demanding adaptable and ever-evolving business software. Traditional development & delivery models are high ‘time–effort–money’ exercises. ‘High Productivity’ application platform as a service (hpaPaaS) or aPaaS is the answer to the ‘time–effort–money’ crunch. The platform also includes Email/SMS capabilities, integrations like Slack, Assignments, Approvals with configurable Approval chain and Relationships EXPRESSbase greatly reduces complexity in engineering by providing a single environment (tenant instance) for dev, test, UAT, and prod. EXPRESSbase is envisioned and designed as a truly multi-tenant, multi-database, multi-lingual, multi-location, and scalable platform. A client can hook their database server (private/public cloud or on-premise) to the ExpressBase cloud infrastructure secured by SSL/TLS. They can then browse the application template repository and pick a suitable app template and deploy it. App developers using the platform need not learn any new proprietary language. They can use SQL, JavaScript to develop apps on our platform.
