Extensia Design for Lucy is a UX research firm specialized in cognitive ergonomics. Since 2001, we conduct UX studies of interactive systems: Internet, intranet, e-commerce, mobile applications, software… We have locales equipped for user testing in the seventeenth arrondissement of Paris. The firm has conducted over 500 studies in France and other countries since its foundation. Small company, Design for Lucy works for the biggest accounts, from Seattle to Tokyo. The bridging of Design for Lucy and the firm Extensia, beginning in 2012 and materialized by a merger in 2015, reinforced the team’s skills in both qualitative methods (creative panels, focus groups, scoping studies…) and quantitative methods.
