Extr Act, Driving Value From Multi-Material Recycling

EXTR:ACT is a pan-European association founded by the Beverage Carton industry with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). EXTR:ACT coordinates and supports actors in the recycling value chain, with the goal of facilitating and optimizing collection, sorting and recycling systems for Beverage Cartons and multi-layer material in Europe, whilst securing the industry‘s competitiveness. Within a few years, EXTR:ACT will become the European platform and competence center for multi-material recycling! Its expertise is focused on three pillars: data management, recyclability and recycling technology and innovations for collection, sorting and reprocessing of fibre based composite packaging (FBCP).
