Extra Arms

Extra Arms is a Nanny run Nanny Agency. We help families and Nannies find each other, broker a deal and navigate the bureaucracy so that they can work together safely and reliably. We take care of our Nanny-family pairings throughout each placement, offering mediation and support whenever they feel they might benefit from our help. We strive to create a local Nanny community so that carers might enjoy the counsel of their peers, and look forward to offering training both to those wishing to enter into the profession, and those wishing to widen their skill set. We are working on new ways in which to support families in their new role as employers of a Nanny, and we offer the opportunity to enter into a network of families who wish to meet other families with which to set up Nanny shares. Our aim is to find solutions to cater for each family's childcare needs, working around budgeting issues as well as logistics.
