EPIC stands for Extreme Performance-Integrated Concepts. We provide athletes with the programming they will need to succeed in their field. Whether it be in the role of a first responder, mixed martial arts, or just wanting to increase their performance overall, we have a personalized program for you. In addition to sports performance, we also cater to a wide array of occupational fields such as first responders and military personnel. Law Enforcement Officers hold a special place in our hearts as we have experience in both the Military and Law Enforcement. Our coaching staff carries a wide variety of specialties including strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, Olympic weightlifting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and many others. Signing up with EPIC entitles you to detailed training routines and the option for in-person consultations and instruction. We can offer programming to anyone worldwide.
