Our custom dies can be made of the material of your choice or we will recommend a proper material based upon the application and other specified parameters. Our sizing tools (either profile, vacuum, dry or post form sizers) are constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel. ETTI provides high-speed sizing for hollow shapes, too. One key factor for our leadership position in the field is design flexibility. ETTI has the unique capability for the independent programming of the top and bottom of the work piece at the same time. Known as Four Axis EDM cutting, this simultaneous programming capability provides streamline extrusion tooling.
