Extrutec manufacture a range of filaments and twines. The current product range includes Trimmer Line for grass cutting, Commercial Fishing Line, Twist Ties for agricultural tying, Welding Rods and filaments for a medical device. New products are being developed all the time and in response to what our customers are asking for. Our aim is to develop eco replacements for all our current products over time and as suitable raw materials become available. Our Eco Division currently produces a range of compostable twines for growers of capsicums, tomatoes and hops and our compostable baler twine will be available soon. In 2018 we were awarded the Northland Inc Innovation award for this twine. We have also recently launched an environmentally friendly alternative for our twist ties. These compostable ties are suitable for use in nurseries, vineyards and for general tying applications.
