Eye Associates Network, EAN, is a prepaid, employee elected vision program that not only offers traditional vision benefits but also provides additional benefits that the market both demands and deserves. EAN was created by Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois Ophthalmologists and Optometrists. Our Schedule of Benefits includes eye examinations with a solid panel of optometrists and ophthalmologists. Since EAN was incorporated in 1993, the response to the program has been overwhelming. EAN is large enough to make a difference, yet small enough to adapt to the needs of our customers. EAN's Vision Plan providers are located in Iowa in Bettendorf, Clinton, Davenport, Maquoketa, and Muscatine as well as many additional areas. In Illinois, participating providers can be found in Bloomington, Danville, Moline, Normal, Peoria, Rock Island, Springfield and other cities close in proximity. EAN's laboratory policy permits each participating doctor to use the lab of their choice in fulfilling eyewear orders. This policy expedites turnaround time and reduces error rates. EAN offers popular employee benefits, access to most local providers, speed and accuracy in fulfilling orders, flexible plans, and pride in supporting the local economy.
