Eyedea Recognition (also known as Eyedea) is a global AI company specializing in enterprise-grade visual recognition systems. We develop and deliver advanced computer vision solutions for mission-critical environments, including ANPR, OCR, audience analytics, traffic sign detection, and intelligent image retrieval. Our technology powers large-scale, high-security, and high-performance applications across mobility, security, manufacturing, and infrastructure. We combine deep research expertise with 15+ years of delivering commercial solutions to enterprise clients worldwide. Originally founded as a research spin-off from the Czech Technical University, Eyedea has evolved into a mature technology provider focused on reliability, accuracy, and real-world deployment at scale. Eyedea Recognition develops and delivers make and model recognition technology (MMR), number plate reading software (ANPR/ALPR), face detection and face recognition routines, audience measurement systems, OCR routines, traffic sign detections software and content based image retrieval engines. Eyedea Recognition Ltd. was establishd in August 2006 by a group of researchers from Center for Machine Perception, Department of Cybernetics, FEE -CTU.
