The mission of EyesOpenIowa (EOI) is to empower communities to provide people with comprehensive sexual health information and services to make healthy and informed decisions about sex and relationships, both now and in the future. EyesOpenIowa envisions a time when all of people are knowledgeable about, empowered, and prepared to take control of their own sexual health throughout their lifetimes. We envision a time when schools, parents, grandparents and caregivers fully and accurately educated on anatomy, reproduction, preventing pregnancy and STIs, health relationships, and consent, just as they are other topics.
