Ez Private Equity

EZ Private Equity is a RMB-denominated investment fund under management of Easy Private Equity Investment Fund Co, Ltd, a joint venture founded by Shanghai Suning International Investment Management Co, Ltd and China Harmonious Investment Management Enterprise in October 2009. With major focus on China's domestic capital market, EZ Private Equity plans to raise as much as RMB 10 billion in three to five years. I. IPO Operational Center: Select target firms that are suitable for listing in the domestic ChiNext Board or SME Board or comply with the overseas listing requirements; Recommend potential investors to inject capitals and assets into the selected firms to achieve the synergistic effect, and assist them in listing processes. II. Capital Operational Center: Integrate industrial resources via merges & acquisitions, establish performance appraisal systems, motivate management teams, build corporate core competence, improve enterprise scales, and ultimately to make the enterprises' value recognized by the capital market. Assets Operational Center: Develop or acquire city complexes or other commercial properties in the urban areas of cities and achieve securitization of assets with guidance of the professional teams. IV. Mining Investment Center: The mining industry is a strategic focus in EZ Private Equity's investment portfolios. Currently, it has completed multiple investments in domestic and overseas nonferrous mines.
