F. H. Alexander, Inc. is a General Contracting Firm focusing in the private sector of the commercial building industry. We have managed projects as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and on a Design/Build basis. As General Contractor or Construction Manager, the primary function we perform on any project is the coordination of the phases of the construction. Project coordination requires two things: a practical, workable plan and the ability to bring the many parties together to complete the plan efficiently. Both scheduling and coordination have been highly developed at F. H. Alexander. The success of F. H.
