For the past 25+ years I have been perfecting my Leadership Style and People Management skills across a number of Customer Facing and Operational roles within the Telecoms industry. From early Change Management practitioner to the Vice President of a large Global Operations Centre, I have established, developed and managed some of the most successful operational teams in the industry. Engagements with globally dispersed and culturally diverse teams has placed me in a unique position to bring strategic planning, workable organisational design and practical guidance/hands on expertise to company’s on the cusp of change and transformation. And it doesn't stop there… I have a strong belief in the proverb 'teach a man to fish.' and believe in investing time into building clients’ capabilities, leaving organisations with practical tools and techniques, enabling them to act quickly and execute effectively when making changes to address market demand.
