We offer Functional Team training with Motivation, Innovation and Results. We are a no ego, no mirrors space We pride ourselves on our community and team training atmosphere We are open to anyone 18+ of all fitness levels Our sessions are 45 minutes long (except for our signature 60 mins on Saturdays) and we run a mix of cardio, resistance and hybrid workouts throughout the week. You'll never do the same workout twice, we are technology led and the session will be over before you know it! We offer a 2 week trial to give time to meet your coaches, the community and to get a feel for the different types of workout. We always welcome new faces. Reach out with any questions
