VARIATION F45 Training workouts are designed from a bank of exercises and performed in a variety of tempo and positions. With a combination of cardio and resistance focused training days, you'll never repeat the same workout twice. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING Functional training mimics movements that are performed in everyday life. These exercises are typically resistance based, either using bodyweight or equipment, and with progressions or regressions, can be personalized to an individual. Benefits? LEVERAGING TECHNOLOGY Our workouts are fuelled and organized by robust technology systems. A series of TVs mounted on the front wall of our studios provide an organized, station-by-station diagram for each daily workout. LionHeart gives you the power to accurately track and monitor your workouts. This allows fo complex and variable programs and frees up our trainers to focus on ensuring the movements and personalization is right for each member.
