FT & A has been the first consultancy company in Italy to adopt methods and techniques of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), directly connected to behavioral science (Behavior Analysis). Organizational Behavior Management We define management as the organization of proper conditions to produce measurable results in terms of performance. Organizational Behavior Management is the application of principles of behavioural psychology to the study and control of individual or group behaviour within organizational settings (Frederiksen). The goal of the field of OBM is to establish a technology of broad-scale performance improvement and organizational change so that employees will be more productive and happy, and so that our organization will be more effective and efficient in achieving their goals (Hall). Our behavior analysts can find the better solution to improve human performance at any level and in every field. In fact, wherever behavior is taking place, Behavior Analysis can analyze it, find out the variables it is function of and, finally, improve it.
