Facili App

Facili App is an online platform for business appointments. It's a virtual market connecting those who schedule meetings (call centers, individual operators, outsourcing companies etc.) with those who attend a meetings on a field (field sales agents, Agencies etc.). We cover many industries (Telephony, Gas, Electricity, Fotovoltaico, Long term rent a car services, etc.) and expanding to new ones all the time. At the moment we are available only for Italian market. We offer full support to all users of a platform providing them with calling lists, calling software, VOIP, monitoring of their statistics, various reports. We are looking to become CRM for call centers and Agents. Agents are able to preorder appointments and post them online making it visible for all call centers and operators to schedule for them.
