Facilitator4hire was formed in by Janet Danforth. Janet brought 10 years of facilitation experience and more than 20 years of professional and business experience to the firm. The firm utilizes an international network of Certified Professional Facilitators who are certified to implement our proprietary facilitation models and to teach our facilitation skills courses. The firm’s corporate offices are located in the upstate area of South Carolina near Clemson University. Our three business lines are meeting facilitation, facilitation skills training, and collaboration consulting services. Facilitation-related training accounts for approximately 50% of our business. The balance of our business is dedicated to group process design, meeting facilitation and consulting. We offer our training and facilitation services face-to-face and in 3D virtual environments for distributed teams. Our staff are all Certified Professional Facilitators Through the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Partners Janet Danforth and Robert Moir are both Assessors for the IAF certification.
