Guide and direct facilities through the planning, construction, set-up and licensure phases of the project Provide ongoing administrative and clinical support FDM business and clinical acumen gives our physician clients a clear-cut advantage as their center is created in a cost effective, optimal operational manner ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Reviews existing services and organizational structures utilizing knowledge in current Federal and State rules and regulations Provides planning for future development and the profitability of various agreements with other providers and insurers. FDM will provide on going management services to the center including on-site administrator, billing services, clinical resources for the DON. We provide the oversight to ensure that compliance concerns are controlled, and conformance with regulatory agencies is an ongoing process.
