Facta Non Verba Ltd.(also trading under Deeds Not Words or DNW) was born out of a desire to ensure that organisations are able to get the best out of their people in very practical terms. Lots of organisations are good at talking about things rather than getting things done. DNW wanted ensure that the work which it is involved in achieves tangible and practical results, we are therefore completely outcomes focused – what difference have we made by our interventions? Our work therefore is aimed at achieving those tangible, pragmatic results by getting involved in work where we can make a real difference in a measurable and engaging way.'Facta Non Verba' is Latin for 'Deeds Not Words'- it is the "deeds" that create change not "words" alone DNW wants to make a real impact in all the work we get involved in. Our experience shows us that many organisations are good at talking about changing things and getting things done….but sometimes that’s all it is “talk”. We want to show that it is “deeds” that can change things not “words” alone. All the interventions we offer can make a genuine difference and help the organisations that we work with to realise tangible and practical changes within the organisation in order for them to achieve success both internally for its people and externally for its customers.
