Acting as a neutral mediator we begin an open dialogue and analysis of each individual situation. Through confidential one on one interviews with the client and their staff Fair Consulting Group discover what the principle wants, what the staff believe the principle wants; and what is actually being delivered. This information forms the springboard for change. As lines of communication open, tension falls and training begins. The aim is always staff improvement over dismissal.
