Fair Group

Fair Group is a provider of billing and debt collection services. The Group’s distribution arm, Fair Distribution, sends out more than 40 million invoices annually — each of them climate-compensated — and invoices approximately NOK 100 billion each year on behalf of its clients. The company focuses on digitalization, which both ensures faster payments and reduces its climate footprint. The debt collection company Fair Collection is Norway’s third-largest collection agency by volume and the fastest-growing in the country, handling more than one million cases annually. In 2024, Fair Collection was named a DN Gazelle and recognized by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. That same year, Fair Collection’s considerate approach helped consumers save more than NOK 15 million in fees and charges. With an ambitious Nordic growth strategy, Fair Collection plans to launch operations in Sweden in 2025. In 2024, Fair Group acquired the company Maik AS, which has now been renamed Fair Solution and has its own LinkedIn page dedicated to the energy sector.
