YOFIk brings digital editing to the design of Fair Isle Knitting. Users can "drag and drop" entire Patterns into their Blocks, instead of laboriously drawing them stitch by stitch. Even better, they can change the colors of an entire row with a few clicks. Blocks can be colored and recolored, exploring colorways easily and quickly. Rather than waste time and graph paper, and risking mistakes, Blocks are printed only when the user is satisified. Since there can never be more than 2 colors in any row, the finished Block can be knitted without using a time-wasting mid-row bobbin. YOFIK is entirely internet based.
