At Fair Schools, we support schools and communities with realizing their vision of equity through three key levers: 1. healing-centered learning environments; 2. standards-aligned affirming curriculum and instruction; and 3. community engagement systems that build partnerships; We use a variety of techniques, including needs assessments, professional learning, strategy development and implementation, and leadership coaching. FS provides personalized standards-aligned supports that dig deeper into the academic and social-emotional needs for K-12 students so their educators have a better understanding on how to teach them.
