FairQuest Group´s business is managed by senior HR-and management veterans with global experience. All brought together by the idea of objectively evaluating something that for so long has been dominated by subjective ideas, weak models and hunches. There exist a number of traditional management consulting firms and HR systems that are active in the HR area and/or Human Capital related assignments. But we offer strong solutions with a detailed action plan backed up by hard data which our competition currently can’t deliver. We first began in 1978 with Lars Lindquist our owner. He started up as a headhunter amongst a small number of successful and established people in the recruiting business. At this time it was common to use your own network to headhunt, vent and recruit candidates. A network that Lars at his age didn’t really have. This forced him to become innovative and find new methods to find his customers future talents. In 1980 he had refined his techniques and started a FairChild branch in Malta and London and already in 1985 he had a international expansion with branches in Europe, North America and Asia. In 1998 FairChild delivered more than candidates per year and in beginning of FairChild was active in 17 countries. During the beginning of the century Lars started to sell of some locations. It was shortly thereafter in 2006 that the little embryo of Human Business Intelligence (HBI) started to develop under the working name InferoQuest. In 2015 FairQuest Group was formed and under its wings was FairChild where it all started handling talent management and Fairview that in 2010 delivered 30 HR Due Dilligence yearly with the help of InferoQuest that later became the HBI-system FairFront that is the version we use today with in the entire FairQuest Group.
