Fairfield Enterprise's mission is to improve social mobility in the finance industry. We run a Core Programme, which consists of 1-1 coaching and guidance for 18-24 year olds, and a Schools and Colleges Programme, through which we meet of 16-18 year olds across the UK to discuss career opportunities in the finance industry. Both of these programmes are run exclusively for students from low income backgrounds. We use our network of experts from across the industry to ensure Fairfield candidates are given the best knowledge and guidance to achieve their goals.
