Fairfield Manufacturing Company, since its inception in 1963 has been catering to industrial fastener markets. During the last 46 years of consistent growth, the company has been targeted on consistent quality products catering to the high end of the market. Key thrust areas identified by the Management are: Good Quality Product, On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction and Value for Money. The company has developed a niche position in the traditional manufacturing industry with competitive market structure. The targeted thrust areas are being catered to by the company through consistent management policies and market focus. Fairfield has a stable work force base, trained over the years, imbibed best manufacturing practices and has an in built Management Control System. The Technically Qualified and experienced engineers provide process control and standardization, which indeed is the backbone of our quality target. Good quality manufacturing machines, processing lines, control instrumentation, inspection facilities with trained manpower base and charged work atmosphere focused on good quality production output, are some of the investments provided by the management. An in-house tool and die shop facility along with a development capability has been built by Fairfield, with a focus on customer service and market needs. This allows the company to have the capability to address special customer needs, expeditiously, as well as, to adopt economies of production and improve productivity. The main product range of the company is Industrial Fasteners. For eg; Spring Washers, E-Clips, Multi Star Washers, Circlips, and Special Washers and Fasteners made to customer needs. Formed components made of steel strips are a new area being catered to by the company. It is processed on a newly imported Bihler machine, by trained design and manufacturing engineers, catering to specific customer needs.
