Fairford Associates focus solely on the recruitment of management, sales, engineering and support professionals for the Security and FM/Cleaning industries. Our clients provide manned guarding services, cleaning/FM and electronic security systems and we hold databases of experienced professionals in all of these disciplines. We commenced trading in 2004 with the objective of offering a knowledgeable, friendly and ethical service at a sensible cost, we have adhered to this philosophy ever since. We pride ourselves on our integrity in all our undertakings with both clients and candidates and we are genuinely working hard to raise the standards in the recruitment sector and to prove that there really are honest, professional and committed recruitment specialists. I personally began recruiting for the security industry in 1998.
