Cambridge-based Fairlane Properties is a commercial real estate investment company recognized for adding value through renovation, retenanting, repositioning and intensive management. Combining our trademark entrepreneurial approach with local market knowledge, we have successfully sought out opportunities with value for investors. Fairlane Properties also provides consulting services, including acquisition analysis, due diligence assistance, project management services, loan analysis, lease restructuring, and alternative use studies. For our consulting clients, which include some of our existing investors and lenders, we provide all-important “look over the shoulder” assistance as well as more detailed, long-term assignments.
