Fairview Properties is a property development and marketing company, founded in 2013, to deliver premium products to the Zimbabwean and international market. With our primary business being infrastructure development and real estate, everything that we have touched has turned into gold. We have consistently distinguished ourselves through the delivery of quality properties in both residential and commercial sectors. Underpinned by our substantial land bank of more than 1300 hectares, we are glad to have exceeded expectations through timeous delivery of either housing or commercial properties notwithstanding the enormity of the economic challenges characterising our operating environment. Because our clients are found across various income segments, we have come up with a model that makes it possible for us to deliver houses or commercial properties to our clients as finished or shell. Alternatively, we are also amenable to selling a stand and build the property for the client thus transferring the burden that comes with executing such projects from our clients to the experts.
