Our clients include wastewater treatment plants, electric utilities, shipbuilders, and manufacturing facilities. Fairwinds Automation is a Center for Veterans Evaluation (CVE) certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Fairwinds Automation was founded by Joe Carlin in 2015. Joe is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia and has over 15 years of experience as an electrical engineer. Prior to his career as a civilian electical engineer, Joe served as a U.S. Navy Submarine Warfare Officer and is an Afghanistan Veteran.
