Lee Ann’s focus has been helping companies improve their business processes, structures and culture creating holistic businesses that maximize their value. She has been an internal and external consultant, problem-solver, and designer and implementer of efficient and effective business systems. Providing training in Total Quality Management, Leadership and Management Skills, Relational Coordination, and other business principles is part of her repertoire.
