Originally established in 2010, Fairwood Survey and Fairwood Energy have become established in the Welsh property sector. With a wide range of private and corporate clients, we are proud of our reputation and consistently high standard of service. 2016 saw the Fairwood Survey and Fairwood Energy brands merge into Fairwood Solutions. The name may change, but we remain committed to putting our clients first and will continue to focus on doing what we do well. Our surveying services are carried out in accordance with the requirements of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and we specialise in building surveys. Our energy services include air tightness testing on new-build dwellings and smaller commercial buildings. We also undertake SAP calculations and provide compliance reports and advice for Part L of the Building Regulations. Based a short distance outside Carmarthen, our coverage extends across the whole of South and West Wales.
