Falcon Electronics is a NMSDC certified SDB (Small Disadvantaged Business) as well as ISO9001 and AS9120 certified since 2006. For over 25 years Falcon has supported the customers that drive the success in these segments, accumulating extensive knowledge and experience with our customers’ businesses, procurement processes, requirements, quality flow downs as well as all government procurement guidelines (FARs, DFARs, NAICS, etc). Understanding our customers’ needs, technical requirements and T & Cs is only secondary to our focus on schedule commitment (OTD), quality (DPPM) and a high level of customer service. We feel these factors combined have facilitated our growth within this marketplace. Over the past two decades, we have fine-tuned our quality processes by eliminating risk factors, identifying escapes quickly and prior to impact to our customers. We have successfully implemented other quality initiatives regarding full counterfeit product mitigation, cybersecurity and business continuity.
