Faliyaan was created with a vision to create independence and dignity for people who have been left out of the mainstream due to lack of guidance or resources by providing learning and employment opportunities for them. Our employee pool consists of freshers undergraduates professionals on a break and people with disabilities For Candidates the learning is focused on 1) Behavioral skills desired by Corporates 2) Vocational skills allowing them to hit the job running 3) Job search skills including resume writing social branding interviewing etc. 4) Post joining support to ease their transition into their new Job For Corporates we provide 1) Customized hiring programs that allow them to hire pre-trained candidates as per their requirements 2) Inclusivity training programs to equip the staff to accurately interview and effectively manage diversity candidates 3) On the Job training programs for Behavioral and Vocational skills
