We are a boutique consultancy, specialising in governance, strategy and program management of ICT-enabled business change and transformation. Our services are increasingly in demand by clients whose businesses wish/need to grow in the digital economy, but instead of being provided with business-focussed advice have been sold someone's favoured technology platform. We also established and grew the multi award-winning Swan Valley Tours business in Perth, which experienced annual growth rates of 50% through SARS and the GFC. This non-core business was sold so we could focus our energies on supporting our clients' efforts in resilience to digital disruption in Perth and Melbourne markets.
