FamGen is founded and led by Bill Perez. With over 50 years of experience in corporate management and leadership, Bill has extensive knowledge of family owned business dynamics. Bill Perez is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of multiple billion dollar global companies including S.C. Johnson – A Family Company, Nike, Inc. and William Wrigley Jr. Company (now Wrigley Mars). His experience traverses multiple industries from athletic footwear and apparel to household cleaning supplies and chemicals to food and snacks. And he has led all aspects of the fashion and packaged goods lifecycle from design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales. From 2010-2017, Bill was a senior advisor at Greenhill & Co, Inc, a leading independent investment bank focused on providing advice on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and capital raisings to leading corporations, partnerships, institutions and governments across a number of industries.
