Famsystems Oy, founded in 1995, had its original main focus on family therapy practice. Today the company offers therapy and counselling services to families, couples, and individuals. Major part of current business model is offering services for B-2-B customers in terms of consulting, supervision, and training. Currently therapy and counselling services in Finnish and English are offered for individual customers, couples, and families. These services are available on at the company's physical office in Oulu, as well as via online video conferencing. Use of video conferencing enables Famsystems to offer these services to potential customers globally, not bounded by certain geographical area. B-2-B services offered by the company are also available in English or Finnish. Famsystems takes a personal approach on its business customers, All the consulting, education, and supervision services offered are always designed for a particular customer instead of offering ready packages. Aim of customising B-2-B services is to offer highest quality consulting. Every individual customer is evaluated more carefully an in-depth, taking into consideration customers' unique problems and issues that need solving, while at the same time finding out company-specific features and traits. This approach is based on a philosophy of helping our B-2-B customers to use and improve the strengths and abilities they already possess to solve issues and differentiate from competitors, while identifying weaknesses and other points of improvement compared to competing organisations. The result we aim for is to eliminate/resolve the problem(s) in a customer organisation while at the same time helping them to find a competitive advantage that truly differentiates them from others. B-2-B customers consist of private and public organisations of all sizes. Famsystems is currently implementing a new strategy with new product/service offerings going to be announced in the near future.
