Fancy Peasant was created by first-generation Greek American Actress and Momma of 3, Anastasia Ganias-Gellin. After losing her father to chronic lymphocytic leukemia in 2019, she set off on a mission to create the next wave of clean, simple, and wildly medicinal Greek artisanal products. In the process of honoring his memory and sharing his culture, she built a community: a female-founded and led team and a significant Instagram following. Her hero product is Fancy Peasant's organically grown Liquid Gold GEVOO (Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil), the foundation of her longevity recipes that fuel the body, mind, and soul.
