Today, Fancy Pokket Bakery still prides itself on its family values and use of the highest quality ingredients to provide only the best products to you and your family. We are Atlantic Canada's largest manufacturer of pita bread, flatbreads, pizza crust, tortillas and bagels. Our American sister company, Fancy Pokket USA, is a dedicated gluten-free bakery based in Lancaster, SC and will be opening in 2017.
