Fannthera

Fannthera is a private mental health care practice that is dedicated to filling the gaps in the mental health system through trauma-informed, community-based, group and family counseling. Our programs are designed to teach self-regulation through skill-based learning and opportunities for self-expression. Trauma-informed facilitation serves as the foundation of our work. Participants connect with themselves and others through evidenced-based modalities and creative play in supportive environments. It is our hope that through group learning, we collectively begin to destigmatize the shame surrounding mental health e that isolates individuals in our society. Our goal is to empower our clients to direct their own growth as we share skills and strategies proven to help reduce trauma reactivity, anxiety, and symptoms of depression.
