Francesco Gera(1803-1887) was a doctor and one of the founders of the School of Enology of Conegliano. In his writings, he noted of "an intense and flavourful liquor" obtained by the fermentation of the black currant. Our recipe wants to be a modern way of processing black currant liquor. The result is an alcoholic drink with a global note and a fruity taste, to have it straight or in cocktails
