Farinchi Environmental Solutions

Farinchi Environmental Solutions (FES) is pioneering the development of a pilot program focused on the collection of organic waste, which is transformed into clean biomass for the production of biofuels, biochar, and other innovative solutions. Our business model integrates a network of prime material providers of organic-rich waste and cutting-edge technology from around the world. We align our projects with the achievements of the Second Debt-for-Nature Swap between Costa Rica and the United States, under the U.S. Tropical Forest Conservation Act (TFCA II) during 2019. The Forever Costa Rica Association (FCRA) administers this initiative, while an Oversight Committee, comprising representatives from the United States and Costa Rican Governments, The Nature Conservancy, EARTH University, and The Organization for Tropical Studies, provides direction and approves disbursements to grantees to implement the Debt Swap/TFCA II. We seek to align our engagements with Article 4 of the UN Climate Change Technology Negotiations to help achieve the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG). FES represents diverse business lines and forms alliances with private sector entities, non-governmental agencies, universities, and other public institutions. This collaboration facilitates the implementation of our modular and efficient projects, ensuring a steady source of prime material to produce sustainable biofuels—a carbon-neutral and profitable energy commodity. Some of our offered modules are designed with Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) technology, capable of producing negative carbon emissions.
