All services are carried out through a web-based application equipped with artificial intelligence to help pharmacists produce the best therapy recommendations. Our mission is to save resource in collaborative practice mitigate avoidable drug cost with personalized medication, deliver right intervention at the right time, anticioating and avoiding drug rekated problems, and take an evidence-based approach to medication management programs to drive clinical outcome. We faster and cheaper than regular counselling but nicer and safer than conventional pharmacy service.
