Our mission is to ignite the spark of curiosity in Appalachian youth so they see themselves and their futures in new and exciting ways. We offer more than a job. From day one, our dedicated Mission team utilizes a holistic youth development approach focused on social-emotional learning and the development of the individual’s assets and gifts. Through paid on-the-job training, civic engagement and workshops that focus on transferable work, life, and leadership skills, we provide a safe and nurturing platform where they explore, challenge, discover, and dream.
