Farolito

Farolito is a headhunting firm that specializes in the secondary cities of Peru. We focus on mid-level and entry-level jobs, with special pricing for companies looking to fill several identical positions in the same city (for example, sales positions). Founded in 2012, we are a startup with a unique approach: we help firms identify people with talent to complete the job in question through the use of our proprietary test, which identifies cognitive and socio-emotional skills. In this way, we both support firms in their efforts to expand into the provinces, and help skilled individuals atypical academic or professional backgrounds demonstrate their abilities and secure the jobs they seek.
