Hello and welcome to our page! We are a small Engineering, Safety and Management Consultancy based in Halifax. We have a proven track record of supporting and working in partnership with clients to achieve high standards of safety and compliance. Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer. All of our Consultants are Chartered in their specialist disciplines and have held senior roles within industry. We are members of the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET), Institute of Measurement & Control (InstMC), Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors (CIEHF) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI). which allows us to keep updated with the changes within business and industry. We cover all aspects of the Engineering lifecycle from front end engineering design studies (FEED) through to modifications, operations, maintenance and decommissioning. We support all types of manufacturing from chemicals and pharmaceuticals through to food processing and from small manufacturers to larger commercial projects; all carried out in alignment with the relevant standards and HSE guidance, and at competitive prices. We also offer business support in Management and Operational Excellence areas such as Standard Operating Procedures, Business Process Mapping, Role Mapping, Standard Work, Lean and Continuous Improvement including A3’s, 5 Why’s, PDCA and DMAIC.
